Did you know Dr. Seuss’ birthday is on March 2nd? To honor him, we did some fun Dr. Seuss activities today in kindergarten, first and second grades. Students loved this sensory activity and science experiment to create Oobleck. This slimy stuff originates from the book Bartholomew and the Oobleck. It’s a great book to check out!
Our students far exceeded their reading goal this month and therefore met the challenge to duct tape the principal!!!!
We can embroider on hats! Thank you Lauren Rogers from Backdoor Quilt Shoppe in Billings for coming to teach us.
Congratulations to our top readers for I Love To Read Month! Way to go Arlan Speegle, Penny Mullen, Kaceton Yutzy, Collins Grimm, Wyatt Peterson, Roland Kober, Geneva Wynthein, Eli Zerbe, Gannon Smith, Paytyn Reissig, Audrey Wynthein, Emily Nale and Tade Barthelmess!

Just a quick reminder that the JH GBB C team will be playing Fromberg today at 4:30 pm.
We love to read!!
Elementary Fencing Update: The fencing crew has been delayed due to the weather... When they return, they will be working only during school hours and therefore morning drop off and afternoon pick should not be effected. So we can resume morning dropoff on Montana Avenue. If this changes, I will let you know! Thank you!
Please see below the agenda for the special board meeting.
Attention Elementary Families:
Today and tomorrow, 2/27/24, we will have construction workers at the elementary school to repair our chain link fence around our playground. They will be changing the wire and replacing some of the poles along Montana Street and Willow Street.
During repairs, the south end of the playground will be temporarily closed off for the safety of all our students. Afternoon pickups will still be able to happen on Montana Street. Tomorrow morning, please drop students off at the front of the school, at the flag pole gate to access the grassy area. Busses will continue to pickup and drop off as normal.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience during this project.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the elementary school at (406) 328-4581.
The Junior High Girls Basketball game for tonight has been rescheduled to Monday, March 4th. There will also be no practice tonight. Thank you.
The JH GBB games in St. Charles have been postponed for today. They will be rescheduled for a later date.
Don't forget! Junior High Science Fair is coming soon!
