Our boys took home 1st place at the District 5C/6C Track Meet in Laurel. Way to go Huskies!
3rd and 4th graders finished up a fun Viking Unit. They took on the role of vikings and "traveled" around meeting new people, gathering supplies, and making choices for their village. Afterwards, they chose a person from Norse mythology and researched them to create posters.

Our community never ceases to amaze us with their generosity. We are happy to report that after thirty years, our gym floor is getting redone. The cost associated with this task is substantial and we are asking for community support in making this happen. Yellowstone Bank has offered to match donations up to $25,000. Let’s get our most public space to reflect our true Husky Spirit. Thanks, as always, for your generosity and support.
If you are wanting to donate, we will have donation jars at most of the local businesses or you can stop by the either school to drop off your donation.
It is a great day to be a Husky!

Kindergarten finished learning about colonial times. During this unit students had the opportunity to make homemade butter, bread, and even sew a quilt with Mrs. Mullen's FCS class. Shout out to Cloud 9 Quilts for donating some materials for our quilt! Thank you to everyone that helped us with our colonial projects!
